Members are advised that the Australian Electoral Commission have today issued election notices for the 2026 Australian Rail, Tram & Bus Industry Union elections (E2026/57). 

Nominations, which must be in writing and comply with the RTBU's rules, may be made from 9:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 6 July 2026.

Nomination forms can be downloaded by visiting aec.gov.au/ieb and selecting the relevant election or by contacting the Returning Officer.
