As you would be aware, over the past 48 hours, Federal and State Governments have announced significant developments in their response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.

National Secretary Mark Diamond today wrote to Deputy Prime Minister Michael McCormack requesting that the Federal Government provides the RTBU and other relevant unions with a full briefing on the process for determining whether and when public transport networks shall be temporarily closed as of the COVID-19 response.

With so much misinformation, rumour and fear in the community about current coronavirus outbreak, we have put together a Fact Sheet to address basic questions about the symptoms, what to do if you think you have contracted the disease, and how to prevent it.
